Earlier this week, homicide investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in Brampton, leading to the arrest of 18-year-old Preetpaul Singh.
Singh has been charged with accessory after the fact to commit an indictable offense. Meanwhile, the alleged shooter, a 16-year-old boy, is still at large. A Canada-wide warrant for manslaughter has been issued for his arrest. Due to legal restrictions imposed by the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the police cannot release his name.
