Victim Identified as Lee H. Riley

The suspect, 55-year-old Jeffery Cleeton, was arrested on December 18, 2023. He’s accused of striking Mr. Riley with his vehicle on Bussey Road, subsequently causing his death, and then allegedly fleeing the scene without reporting the accident.
