Hey there, folks! It’s update time on my weight loss journey. I’ve just completed week 5, and let me tell you, things are starting to get real challenging. But hey, progress is progress, right?

Starting Strong

So, let’s rewind a bit. At the beginning of week 5, I was weighing in at 201.8 pounds. Fast forward to now, and my last three-day average is 189.8 pounds. That’s a total loss of 12 pounds! Well, sort of. I’m discounting about 2-3 pounds of water weight lost at the start, so the actual weight loss is more like 9-10 pounds. But hey, that’s right around my goal of losing 2 pounds per week.

Challenges Ahead

Now, I won’t sugarcoat it – things are getting tougher. As the weeks go by, the initial excitement and motivation start to wear off, and you really have to dig deep to stay on track. But hey, I’m not giving up that easily!

Sticking to the Plan

Despite the challenges, I’m still sticking to my plan. I’m keeping my daily calorie intake at around 2,500 and making sure to get in my workouts. It’s all about consistency, right?

Now, I know it can be tempting to stray from the path, especially when things get tough. But hey, I’m in this for the long haul, and I’m not letting anything derail me.

Looking Ahead

As I look ahead to the coming weeks, I know it’s only going to get harder. But I’m ready for the challenge. I’ve come this far, and I’m not stopping now. Who’s with me?
