Moule grands ronds Guy Demarle (ou moule de même taille)

– 600 g Pommes de terre
– 1 Brocolis
– 120 g Fromage à raclette
– 8 tranches de Bacon

Éplucher les pommes de terre, les faire cuire à la vapeur et les réduire écrasé.
Prélever les fleurettes du brocolis et les cuire à la vapeur, puis réserver.
Dans chaque empreinte, déposer : la moitié du fromage, 1 tranche de bacon, les fleurettes de brocolis, l’autre moitié de fromage à raclette, une deuxième tranche de bacon et l’ecrasé de pommes de terre.
Tasser un peu pour que ce soit homogène.
Enfourner à 180° pendant 25 mn.
